ELECTRIC CHAIN HOIST
Kohinoor’ Brand Chain Electric Hoist are designed for higher factor of safety. All Components are precision made and assembled with great care by use of jigs and fixtures for noise less operation.

Load Wheel
Steel Cast, Machine finished to suit load chain.

Load Chain
Wear resistance. Heat treated, grade 80 special alloy steel Link chain as per I.S. 6216.

Gears
Precision cut special steel spur gear with both the ends mounted on ball bearings for smooth operation.

Breaks
Disc type Fail Safe Electromagnetic spring loaded breaks are provided for heavy duty operations. Brakes are of fail safe type, which means in case of failure of electric supply brake acts immediately, brakes are mounted on the non driving end of the motor and are easily accessible

Hook Block
The Hook Block is tested to 150% of full Load before assembly. The Heavy duty steel forged hooks conforming to I.S. 8610 are support on thrust bearing for free swivelling.

Trolley
It consists of M.S. Plates forming side frame assembled with runner Wheels are mounted on Double sealed Ball Bearings. Trolley is adjustable for various I Beam sizes.

Limit Switches
A limit switch is built in as one of many safety features preventing accidental over hoisting and over lowering of the hook block.

Ele. Control panel & Limit Switches
Controls are Mechanically & Electrically Interlock to prevent inade- vertent operation. A low voltage control system with 24 volts. Limit switches are given for preventing over hoisting or over lowering of hook.The Tri positions are adjustable to allow correct setting for installation.

Pendent Push Button
Robust heavy duty push button switch for operating at 110 volts or 24 volts is suspended from the hoist. Push button is provided with wire rope to prevent pull on cable.

Rating
The Hoists are suitable for class II medium duty operations.

Improvement
Our Engineering department continuously works on design impro-vement and we reserves the right of effecting any change found necessary without notice.

Guarantee
A Guarantee is provided for the repair and replacement, which proves defective material or workmanship within one year of the sale on Ex.Works basis. However electrical appliances are not covered in this guarantee.

Test
Every ‘Kohinoor’ Hoist is tested on 125% of its safe working load, before despatch and is issued with a Test Certificate.
